Returns & Exchanges

At Nomad the Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your slow-fashion pieces. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 21 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original compostable mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
